Start where your program needs help.
Launch a new academy
Move from an idea to an implementation roadmap. We help define program goals, course sequencing, kitchen and equipment priorities, startup budgets, lab procedures and an opening timeline tailored to your facilities, students and resources.
Strengthen an existing pathway
Build on your Family and Consumer Sciences or CTE program with culinary and hospitality instruction connected to workplace skills. Support can include ProStart curriculum alignment, ServSafe Manager credential preparation, career readiness indicator (CRI) planning, and FCCLA or SkillsUSA activity and competition preparation where appropriate.
Sustain progress with ongoing support
Give instructors and administrators a practical partner after launch. Scheduled coaching, program reviews, improvement plans and progress reporting help keep instruction, kitchen operations and credential goals moving forward.
ADG turnkey support: people, vendors, labs and launch
ChefNStaff Academy Development Group (ADG) coordinates the work needed to bring your academy to life, with a scope tailored to your school and state. ADG is the education-development division of ChefNStaff—not a separate company.
- Staffing and recruitment support: Help develop job descriptions, coordinate postings through applicable state and district employment systems, support candidate review and interviews, and prepare instructor onboarding. Your school directs hiring decisions and verifies required credentials.
- Vendor coordination: Identify equipment and supply vendors, help compare quotes, develop purchasing lists and coordinate delivery priorities with your purchasing team.
- Kitchen and lab readiness: Plan teaching stations, equipment, smallwares, storage, opening inventory and practical lab workflows; coordinate with your facilities team and qualified installation professionals.
- Opening preparation: Bring staffing, curriculum, equipment, supplies, safety procedures and instructor training together in a coordinated launch checklist.
- Ongoing program support: Scheduled reviews, instructor coaching, vendor follow-up and improvement tracking after the academy opens.
Each proposal identifies responsibilities, milestones and costs, including equipment, supplies, installation and ongoing support.
